Week 7

Did Gateway United have a match last week? The fans packed Saints Stadium to standing room only and the chants were in full force for a founders cup fight. Only it was a romp. A slaughter. The supporters groups were heard yelling remarks like "Is this a Battle or are we playing Ohio!" Alamo City players didn't show up and Gateway United spread the ball around and dominated the run of play for the full 90. Six players made the boxscore. After the match the Saints manager commented, "I told the players to not let up. To make a statement. I admit taking great satisfaction in the final score."

Next Gateway United takes on the 6-0-0 Spartans.
